I felt safe the whole time and would definitely stay here again if I return to Haiti. We were here in July 2016 and were the only guests. They looked after us very well and cooked great meals for us every day. The pool that was operating was really enjoyable. The place wasn't in the best condition, though, and one of the pools was empty. There were also lots of mosquitoes.

I was the first guest in the newly renovated hostel section. The hotel is right in the centre of the city. The service, meals, facilities, and hospitality were spectacular. Owner Philip took great care of me during my stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Port au Prince.

The Park Hotel hosts are warm and friendly, and they always care about their guests' comfort. The staff are welcoming and nice, too.

The family and staff are friendly and helpful, and it's good value if you can put up with the bugs. It's a very basic hotel with old furnishings. The family doesn't know much about transportation beyond taxis. The A/C runs only from 4 pm to 7 am. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby, which has no A/C and where the bugs will come looking for you.

The location is the main thing I appreciate, and the staff and accommodation make me very happy. It's convenient for everything, including buses to other destinations, petionville, and food at la plaza. I've had a few issues, but looking back, it was just lost in translation. I'd definitely stay there again!
