It's a great choice for families, and there's even a child-free area in the wellness section. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean everywhere, and the food was excellent. We can highly recommend it to families.

The kids had a great time in the warm indoor pool, where they played for hours. There are loads of activities and playgrounds, and the hotel is amazing for children. The food was a letdown, though. Breakfast felt repetitive after three days, with too little variety. Dinner had a different selection each day and was fine overall, but no drinks are included, not even water. You have to pay for drinks and service. The waiters got busy, so we sometimes had to wait thirsty until someone could take our order. One evening, the people at the next table even asked us for a glass of water because they were so thirsty. Have a good stay.

The kids enjoyed their stay. The rooms are large and clean, and the hotel gets many things right for families, with pretty good facilities. The dinner options and quality were excellent. Still, this felt more like a four-star place for what it offers than a luxury hotel. Many areas look old and dated and could use renovation. Breakfast needs improvement in both choice and quality, and isn't close to as good as dinner. Prices are high. Charging for tap water at dinner when everything else is included is ridiculous, and that greedy policy loses the hotel a star.

For kids, this hotel is like heaven. They seem to have thought of everything children need. What kept it from getting five stars was the service. Some staff we encountered were unpleasant, and sometimes downright rude, including a few servers, a bartender, and others. It feels like a mid-level management problem. One time the bar was completely empty and I was the only customer ordering a drink. The bartender gave me such a look that I felt I was interrupting her while she scrolled on her phone. Another time we arrived for breakfast in the last 30 minutes of the serving period, and the staff seemed angry and were very rude about it. Such a pity, because the hotel really is heaven for kids.
