It's close to the center of Balatonboglár, and the owner was excellent to communicate with. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully designed, air-conditioned, and well equipped, though the kitchen felt a little tight for shopping. From the garden there's private access to the beach on Lake Balaton, and parking on site is secure. There is a public beach and playground across from the apartment, plus a bar nearby. You can hear the train a little, but it wasn't intrusive. We highly recommend it.

The owner was fair, and the location is great. It's still quiet there.
