Hacienda Családbarát Vendégház

The garden and the bunny were a plus for the kids, but I can't recommend this place. The photos don't show what it's really like, and we were disappointed by how dirty and shabby it was. It wasn't fair or comfortable for two families to share one bathroom, and we couldn't manage that arrangement. The landlord eventually gave us a more livable apartment, but that one hadn't been cleaned in a long time either. I'd never asked for a discount before, but I did this time because of the landlord's attitude. He eventually changed his tone when we politely challenged him, though the whole conversation was very, very painful and dragged on. He needs to change his way of thinking.

Scandalous! The rooms were dirty, run down, and worn out. All the children's toys were dangerous, with rotten wood, and the stairs weren't secured. The beds and furniture were old and should be thrown out. The pool was cold, dirty, and unusable. The thing they call a kitchen was covered in dirt. The air conditioning wasn't usable and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was no WiFi, despite it being advertised.

The kids were happy, and that mattered most to us. The room, though, had a musty smell and needed a lot of airing out. Cleanliness could have been better, and the pool didn't look very inviting, even with the owner starting the pump and water running in the morning. There was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning, although both were listed in the offer. Apart from that, things were fine.

We'd happily stay here again. Our apartment was modern and really clean, with a big terrace and an electric grill. The complex has a pool and loads of things for kids to enjoy, including toys, a swing, rabbits, fish, and more. Such a lovely place for families!
