The private pier and big, deep pool were great, and even with our large group of friends, there was comfortable room for everyone. Every room has its own bathroom and toilet, which is unusual and really handy. The place was much better than the photos led us to expect. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. There's no microwave, and the coffee maker is a filter one, but otherwise it has everything. We appreciated how clean and orderly it was. Feel free to book!

The owners are very friendly, the surroundings are lovely, and the location has lots of charm. Breakfast was delicious. But the place is really retro and due for renovation. I missed a comfortable double bed, and the pillows were small. The TV was tiny and very old, with a broken picture tube that made people's heads look purple. It was impossible to tune properly with the old antenna. There were loads of huge spiders in the toilet, and we didn't dare open the window. An air freshener would've helped with the sewer smell coming up the drain. We didn't unpack into the cupboards because they smelled dusty. The children from the neighboring family plot were very noisy, especially in the evenings. The pier was wobbly too, with planks shifting underfoot, and we nearly fell in.

It's a very old place, and there's nothing modern or comfortable about the rooms. The best thing is being close to Lake Balaton, especially if you're here just for the location. But the bed was painfully hard and uncomfortable, the TV was tiny, and there weren't any glasses in the room. The bathroom had about 20 big spiders, plus a sewer smell.

There was a lot wrong with this place. The rooms had old TVs that only picked up RTL and Nickelodeon, the Wi-Fi was consistently terrible, and the neighbors were noisy. The dining pavilion was run-down, with uneven stone steps and loose tiles. Stairs were broken, too. Outside, the paths were overgrown and the walkway loose. The roof leaked into a windowless bathroom on the first floor of a four-story building. Spiders were everywhere, and sharp things were often left lying around, like a broken showerhead holder. The living room counter was dilapidated, the leather sofas always felt sticky, and the lounge chairs were dirty or partly broken. The playhouse, swings, and trampoline were all in terrible shape. In the mornings there were always dead frogs in the pool. Neighbors were scraping their calluses into Lake Balaton.
