The apartment has what you need, including great air-conditioning, so don't be put off by how it looks from outside. Restaurants, bars, and clubs are all around it. You can walk to the airport shuttle drop-off in 5 minutes, and the busy city streets are about 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend it for a cheap city break!

The location was the highlight for us. If nightlife's your thing, the main places are within walking distance, including lots of ruin bars and hundreds of eateries. We stayed three nights after deciding to give the place a chance despite the mixed reviews. The room was basic but clean, with a mini fridge, microwave, small TV, kitchen sink, single cooktop, and a few basic utensils. There was also a little table and two chairs. The bathroom was clean and had the basics. We had to wait a minute for the hot water, then it was good. The bed was comfortable enough, with plenty of bedding and pillows. There was a slight odd smell when we arrived. Two sprays of perfume cleared it up, and it didn't return. The hair dryer worked, though it had a crack. I let them know by text so I wouldn't be charged for it. People coming back at all hours can make noise in the corridor, unlocking and slamming doors. That could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Before the stay, they asked for a card or bank transfer to cover taxes and fees. We've come across this while travelling and didn't mind. We made a virtual card from our credit card for the one-time charge. Check-in was mostly easy, though the email with the door codes had landed in my junk folder. No one was available to help for about 20 minutes, until I found it there. After that, it was straightforward.

We never got a friendly welcome, and didn't even meet you. The photos on your site bore no resemblance to what we found. In rooms 1 and 2, it was extremely cold because the air conditioning wasn't working, which we found unacceptable for such cold days. When we emailed about it, you just told us to plug it in, as though we were stupid. The bathroom was cold too and full of damp. We'd booked for four nights, but weren't given spare towels or bed sheets, so there was no way to have freshly washed towels or warm blankets. We were also given just one roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. We expected very little, but didn't even get that.

The one clear plus is the location, which is very good. But the listing photos are misleading. What I got was one large room with five cheap beds, basically double mattresses laid straight on the floor, instead of an apartment. The bathroom was tiny, smelled awful, and had a faulty sewer. Getting into the room meant using three access codes. The elevator wasn't working, and there was no private parking. Daytime parking had to be paid every three hours, which isn't practical as a tourist. Paying by SMS didn't work for me, and I got fined.
