The staff were polite, friendly and professional, and the location is perfect for getting around by public transport, with options on every nearby street. The rooms are spacious, very clean and newly renovated. Everything else was amazing, and I’d recommend the hotel. I do wish breakfast had more choices, better coffee and a bit of variety across the week. The current machines are old and don’t make very good drinks, and hotel breakfast deserves good coffee.

Service response was disappointing, and the room had serious problems. The bed was broken, while the shower leaked badly enough to spread water across the room floor. Sound insulation was extremely poor, with noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms making it hard to rest or sleep. For a three-star hotel at this price, the experience was far below expectations.

It’s a good place to spend the night, right next to Heroes square. The room was large but felt a little empty, and I’d call it almost good. The shower wasn’t working properly. Still, my impression was generally positive.

We had a great stay. I especially appreciated the parking, and the hotel was clean with polite staff. It’s a short walk to the metro station and the zoo. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the lobby bar is open 24 hours.

My first stay at an Ibis in Hungary was great. The staff were super friendly. Bence helped at check-in and with parking, and Tibor answered my questions and assisted me at breakfast. Breakfast was simple but good.
