They went above and beyond for us. Our check-in was meant to be at 3 p.m., but they let us into the room at noon and took our luggage from 9 a.m. When the staff noticed we were cold, they brought a heater straight to our room. The people were lovely, very polite, attentive, and professional. Nothing to complain about. This was an incredible stay and one of the best hotel experiences we've had. It's already in my top five, and it exceeded all my expectations.

The location worked perfectly for my trip, and the welcoming, attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless too. I'd be happy to come back.

The staff are kind and welcoming, and the room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Getting around was easy: lots of places to visit are within walking distance, with a metro stop nearby and the airport shuttle stop close as well.

Among the many hotels I've stayed in around Europe, this one's a favorite. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the location was great, and the prices were excellent. I'd stay again.

6/10
The staff were polite and really helpful, and the location was good. Our room was spacious and clean, but looked nothing like the one we booked, and the entrance before the elevator felt sketchy. It came across more like a hostel or hotel. For what we got, it was overpriced.
