Ibis Styles Budapest Airport

If you're flying early from Budapest and want to avoid getting up at 3am, this place is a handy choice. The terminal is just five minutes away, and breakfast starts at 4am with a good selection. Prices are very reasonable. The rooms are okay and do the job, though nothing special. I'd pick it again for another early flight.

The airport is only a couple of minutes away from Terminal 2, even with luggage, so the location works really well for a quick night before a flight. The rooms are very basic, with no kettle or even a closet, and the staff felt rigid and unresponsive. Breakfast was basic too, and the whole setup seems geared toward getting guests out quickly. Fine for an overnight stop, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

There’s a covered walkway to the terminal, about a five-minute walk away, and the hotel is modern with an industrial-style look. The clean rooms and beds are comfortable. They have two restaurants and two bars, including one open around the clock. The food is great, and breakfast has plenty of fresh choices, from pastries, deli meats, and cheeses to eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and healthier options. A lovely stay and location every time. Highly recommend.

Breakfast starts at 4am, and they can pack it in a box if you ask. It’s a nice gesture for people catching early flights, and the breakfast is good enough. The in-house restaurants are good too. The bathroom was neat and tidy, but the room itself had a lot of dark areas, and I felt something was off with the lighting. Rooms aren't very big, so anyone uncomfortable in tight spaces might feel claustrophobic. The TV isn't smart and doesn't support streaming services like YouTube or Netflix. The best thing is the location, ideal for a good night's sleep and an easy trip to the airport before your flight.
