Balaton Together Villas

Magical place! Everyone was so kind, and the quiet private Balaton beach at dawn is hard to beat. ❤️🙏🏼

The administration was handled professionally, but the walls are thin and the taps and other materials feel poor quality, with the taps hand-painted. If ten people have rented the house, giving the remaining room to two loud workers doesn't work well.

It's a good spot for a quiet break, right on Lake Balaton, with a tidy grounds and moorings. You can fish, swim, or hire a boat or bicycles, and there's parking. We stayed in two apartments: the first was more modern, while the kitchen and plumbing in the second could use renovation. Sound insulation isn't great, so you can hear the neighbours clearly. The staff were attentive but unobtrusive, which suited a holiday well. Good value for money, with a lovely shore and exceptional privacy.

We arrived late and left early, and they were still very accommodating and kind. The apartment is basic but has what you need, and feels just right for the price.
