We were so disappointed with our stay that we left shortly after checking in. There were dead insects in the room, the hygiene didn’t seem acceptable, and the room looked very different from the listing photos. We sent the hostel photos to explain why we were leaving, but instead of offering a fix, they suggested we had caused the mess and hygiene problems ourselves after entering. That felt deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. Their replies afterward stayed defensive and dismissive rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue. We found another hostel for only 10 Euros more, and the difference in cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism was huge. I can’t recommend this place for value either. I understand budget lodging can be basic, but basic cleanliness and respectful communication should be standard. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean, so we had a really pleasant stay. For the price, it’s a great deal, and being right in the city center meant we could walk everywhere. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Everything felt well organized and clean. The staff member who helped us was really friendly. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and the beds had their own lights and privacy. Lockers were private too. I’d heard people mention bedbugs, but we didn’t see any.

The one thing going for it is the central location. Inside, though, the room was tiny, with the bed taking up all the space, and it was very dirty and worn. I had the worst night’s sleep ever. The property photos are out of date, and the current condition made it impossible to rest.

For just one night for two people, this place turned out to be better than we expected. We found it clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a really kind and helpful receptionist. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and the value for money is hard to beat.
