Authentic Grand Boulevard

Great price for a clean, comfortable place with towels, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a comfy bed. The location and facilities were perfect.

A good place.

The hosts were considerate and attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. You can tell they care about their guests. The water pressure was excellent, and the apartment had coffee for the machine, laundry capsules, shower gel, and shampoo. It has its own entrance from the courtyard, so there are no neighbors. I stayed here as a couple after booking on Booking.com. Everything matched the photos, and the central apartment was beautiful, cozy, and clean.

We left in a hurry because of a mold smell. The owner refunded us on the spot, gave us a hotel address, and left. At 11:50 PM, my wife and I were in central Budapest looking for somewhere to stay. NOVOTEL eventually took us, with difficulty, at three times our budget. At first I thought the chemical smell in the room was from cleaning products, but when we came back at 11:00 PM it was unbearable and seemed dangerous to our health. The T-shirts I'd taken off and left on the bed smelled awful. The place feels like a trap. Don't accept accommodation there again. What a shame!
