The people and the apartment's interior were amazing, even if the outside didn't look its best. The customer service was very good and generous. We appreciated the many amenities, including a washing machine, and made a lot of use of their Budapest travel tips book.

I travel as an airline captain and have stayed in various 5-star hotels. The room condition and service here compare with the Marriot, Hilton, and Pullman. The customer service was amazing, and they helped with nearly all our questions and requests. It may be hard to book this place again because the service is so good, so grab it when you see it. The apartment was carefully planned, clean, and almost new, with everything you'd need. It had heating and air conditioning for temperature control in winter and summer, clear instructions in polished English, and a layout that works for different sleeping temperatures. Set in the middle of an old city, this place is a GEM. Kudos.

It’s a clean, modern, small studio, a good base for a week of discovering Budapest on foot. The outdoor patio entrance looks a little run down, but inside it makes you Happy. The shared entrance is quiet and seems safe, and the furniture is great. One downside: with the sleeper couch unfolded, the only seats left are folding chairs, which wasn’t great in the evenings after sightseeing. Otherwise, absolutely great, and I’d choose a happy home again.

The people running the place were lovely and quick to respond. They left welcome wine, brought some chocolate as a fun touch when I mentioned something was missing, and offered an extra free cleaning and fresh towels during my two-week stay. The pinball machine also became a favorite, a fun arcade-like extra for a longer visit. It’s well located, near a lovely park with a running track, and within walking distance of the ruin pubs. It was quiet enough to work during the day, while still being a great spot to experience the city. The apartment was very well thought out and equipped for one or two people: kitchen utensils, a big dishwasher, a great coffee machine with nice pods, and a sofa positioned well for the TV and living room. There was also a shared washing machine for just three apartments, plus a steam iron and ironing board, a fan, and air conditioning.
