The pool was disgusting. Some kind of coating covered its overflow guard, and the water swept up there ended up in the men's footbath by the entrance. It was dirty and full of all sorts of stuff, and you had to walk through it to reach the pool. The sun loungers were all damaged, some torn and some bent. We stayed a few nights. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice, and the location meant everything was within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, though rustically furnished for a four-star hotel. The kitchen had very little equipment and what was there felt cheap. More than three of each plate, knife, spoon, and fork would help, and a cutting board would be nice too. The fitness center was well equipped, and during quieter hours there was plenty of room to work out in peace. It was quiet during the week, but the pub district could be noticed at the weekend. I'm not sure I'd return.

Hotel Bliss Residence & Spa made for a calm, luxurious getaway, and I'd love to return. The spa was relaxing, the atmosphere peaceful, and the location convenient. Staff were welcoming and professional, while the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The service felt thoughtful throughout.

My business trip stay was good, but afterwards I needed the hotel to help finish the trip paperwork. For three weeks nobody has answered the phone, and I've sent four emails without a single reply. I keep calling and texting the hotel and reception, and apparently they don't care. It's revolting. What had been a good stay turned into a huge disappointment.

We had a whole one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, clean, and nice. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were generally nice, and the small spa was pleasant. They provide a towel, but you'll need to bring your own slippers and robe. The location was good and close to the center, though construction surrounded the building while we were there. Finding the entrance was tricky. Look for the revolving doors beside the gym.

The apartment was very clean and quiet, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. It had a large kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer, plus a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, and having the spa and gym was a fantastic bonus. I'd highly recommend it.
