BPM - Charm and Le Petit

The broken windows, some held shut with tape, and walls marked with blood and mold made the apartment feel unsafe. There was no hot water or electricity, no closets, and the place hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. We found no towels, the sheets had holes, and during our stay there was no cleaning either. It felt disgusting, as if only mice and cockroaches were missing. We paid in advance, but the manager never responded, and we lost our money with no refund. Booking.com should revoke the listing's permit. I believe this is a scam, and I've attached photos to show what I mean.
