BpR Hyperfuse Apartment

We had locked the apartment properly before going out, but someone still got in and robbed us, even though access required security codes and physical keys. The fact that they left other visible valuables, electronics and important documents behind made it feel more targeted than an ordinary random theft. The company's response afterward was deeply disappointing. They showed little interest in helping or cooperating, even when the police needed the property manager's support to move things along. We never felt that they were genuinely concerned about our safety or how someone had entered. The losses were bad, but feeling abandoned and unsafe made the experience worse. After this, I wouldn't recommend staying in properties managed by this company.

Someone broke into our apartment while we were staying there and took valuable belongings, including essential work tools. We'd locked everything properly before leaving, and entry required both codes and physical keys. They left passports and other visible valuables and electronics, which made the break-in feel very strange and targeted. The accommodation's response was worse than the theft. They showed no real concern that someone had entered their property, offered no meaningful help, and did not cooperate effectively when the police arrived. We didn't feel safe or supported afterward, and they also failed to give us adequate help finding somewhere else to stay when the apartment no longer felt safe. This was one of the worst travel experiences we've had. If you care about your safety and belongings, stay elsewhere.
