The main attractions are very close, so the location is handy. The entrance feels a little shady, though, and the air is quite humid. The ventilation may need some attention.

The old tenement building entrance might put you off at first, but inside it was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. There’s a fridge, TV, microwave, coffee maker, iron, towels, dishes, gas stove, washing machine, and even a shower radio and security shutters. A table and chairs sit by the entrance, and the owner was easy to reach. Most places are walkable. Street parking is available, and it’s free from 8:00 PM on Fridays through the weekend. I’d recommend it.
