Central Budget Hotel

The manager told the three of us the hotel was closed when we arrived. Booking only suggested that we look elsewhere and couldn't say for sure whether the cancellation fees would be refunded. We still don't know if we'll get our money back for a hotel we couldn't use. This is scandalous. Don't book this hotel or use Booking.

With 250 people sharing one fridge and a single kitchen, it was a mess. There are just four small two-burner electric stoves, and boiling water takes 40 minutes, so everyone ends up hungry. The toilets and showers are awful too. Showers are only on the second floor, with three stalls for men and three for women, and women don't have proper shower facilities. The boors hang around there. The living conditions are horrible.

There's hardly room in these rooms, and nowhere to hang clothes because there are no closets. Cooking is another hassle: only two electric stoves in the kitchen, so you have to queue, and there's no electric kettle.

The kitchen and dining room are decent places to spend time, though the shared areas get crowded. It's new and comfortable, with a doorman, good parking, shops nearby, and easy access. Just remember it's mass housing, so you don't get to pick your neighbors.
