Comebackpackers Hostel

I was lying in bed when the hostel manager came in and insulted me. In a very unfriendly way, he said I stank and should take a shower. I was treated very badly.

I left before my reservation ended because the place was too uncomfortable to stay in. As soon as I walked in, there was a bad smell, probably from the fridge, which smelled awful. One night I went to get water and spotted a very large cockroach in the kitchen sink. The sheets were extremely thin, and the bathroom was in pretty poor condition. The staff member seemed to spend the whole day watching TV instead of cleaning. I’d spend a bit more and book somewhere cleaner and better maintained.

Completely terrible. I stayed one night, and the whole place, the environment, the location, and the way the staff treated me were awful. That’s the word for this hostel: avoid it.

I spent a weekend at this hostel. The staff managing it were good, and they have sensible rules to keep things clean. What you get is about what the rent would suggest, though it can be a little tricky to find.
