Corinthia Budapest

The breakfast was a highlight, with options for Mediterranean, continental, and other tastes, and there was helpful advice available for transport, concert tickets, and other needs. We loved our stay at Corinthia Hotel Budapest and would gladly return. It’s a beautiful hotel in a historic building, conveniently close to everything on foot. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and we were upgraded to a larger one. Chocolates appeared on our pillows each evening, and after we mentioned our anniversary, we found lots of surprises in the room. The decor felt tasteful and luxurious. The spa was stunning, though it closed a little early. It had two jacuzzis at different temperatures, a 25-degree pool that felt a bit cold in winter, two hot dry saunas, and a steam sauna. We also went to a Vivaldi concert in the magnificent ballroom, for an additional fee. Service was exceptionally courteous.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant made for a lovely evening. The room felt warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and every dish was presented beautifully. Mark, our waiter, was especially pleasant, attentive, and professional. His service honestly felt like what you’d expect at a Michelin-level restaurant. I’d be happy to come back. Thank you!

The spa was a highlight of our six-night stay, especially the daily walk down in a robe, though I wish it stayed open after 9 pm. We also had a good time at the lobby bar. The front door staff made us feel welcome, and the front desk team were nice about accommodating some requests. The lobby was beautiful and clean, and the location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We’ll come back.

The pool was a highlight for me, and the room was very good too. Food and service were excellent, just what I’d expect from a luxurious place. I enjoyed my stay when I was there a while ago, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Budapest.
