The owner and manager were good people, and they helped every tourist. We arrived early but the staff welcomed us warmly, served complimentary chilled drinks, and told us about the area while we waited. The location and property were nice. Four stars for the marvelous service.

The 10-person apartment was nice, and between the two apartments we had what we needed overall. The kitchen setup was uneven: one had three bread knives, while the other had one cutting knife. The bigger problem was in the five-person apartment, where the second-floor bathroom leaked and dirty water spilled all over the bathroom below. Afterward, the ground floor had an unpleasant smell we couldn't identify.

We got a really helpful welcome. The guy who checked us in spent nearly an hour pointing out different parts of Budapest and where to go for a fun night out. The flats are really nice and sit close to the center of the nightlife.

The location was good, but I didn't enjoy staying here. There were bed bugs, and we had to pay cash at check-in with no other option, which we hadn't planned for. The shower wasn't great either, and the water wouldn't drain properly. There were no windows by the beds.

For a low-cost stay in Budapest, this place is a nice option. It's clean and well looked after, and the people running it were warm and polite.
