The receptionist was especially kind and accommodating, even while handling other duties. When we mentioned that the bathroom blind was stuck, he had it fixed within a couple of hours. Our spacious room was clean, with new blinds and windows, and the old building is clearly well maintained. We booked directly for three days in Budapest and would happily stay again. It’s also close to the subway and Central Market.

The shower pressure was a little low, and adjusting the temperature was difficult. The fridge also made enough noise to wake me a few times. Aside from that, I had a good stay: my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant, with an extra bathtub. The staff and hotel services were great. It’s good value in a central location, with attractions nearby and easy access across the city.

The old wooden floors carry every footstep, and the squeaky beds woke up half the street whenever we turned over at night. Earplugs should help. On the plus side, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice. The location is handy for the center, market, and river, with clear instructions for reaching the building at any hour. Good value for money.

The entrance could be more wheelchair accessible, but I had no other complaints. The room was prettily furnished, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was quiet at night, with public transport close by and the airport and train station not too far away. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.
