It's nice to stay somewhere in a neighborhood where local people live. The station is close and there's a supermarket nearby, so I'd recommend it if you're looking for somewhere quiet. As a woman traveling alone, though, I found the walk to the accommodation could feel a bit dark late at night.

Peter, the owner, was so friendly and always available. He had a Spanish guidebook and other materials ready for us. The apartment was clean and new, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, hairdryer, and heating. It's highly recommended, with a central location and easy access.
