We stayed from November 6th to November 9th, and my ring disappeared from our room. On November 7th, housekeeping had cleaned while we were out. When we came back that evening, I noticed the ring was gone. It had been in a small jewelry organizer inside my backpack with my personal belongings. We searched everywhere but couldn't find it. The staff took no responsibility, offered no meaningful help, and acted as though it wasn't serious. The room was also disgustingly dirty. There was thick dust and grime under the bed and sofa, as if those spots hadn't been cleaned for months. And the bathroom door was all glass, so there was no sound insulation or privacy, which made it very uncomfortable and inappropriate for a hotel of any standard. This was the worst hotel stay we've ever had. The staff were unprofessional, the cleanliness was terrible, and my ring went missing inside the room. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

The app handles nearly everything here, including check-in, check-out, opening the room, and setting the temperature, which made the stay feel easy and modern. Reception were friendly and ready to help whenever I needed something. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the bathroom felt more like one you'd find in a pricier hotel. After visiting this beautiful city many times, I finally found a hotel that fit what I was looking for: a great location, a €40 price, and impressive rooms. It was a fantastic find and surpassed my expectations. I'll definitely return.

It's affordable, quiet, and in a great spot for walking to restaurants and activities. The mattress was wonderfully firm, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. There was a water filter in the lobby. The luggage rack only fit a small bag, though, not a 50lb checked suitcase.

I booked because it was right in the city and close to the train station, but this is an adult hotel and doesn't welcome children. We had to cancel when we arrived to check in. The reception staff were attentive and helpful about explaining how to cancel and get a refund.

We ended up here after a gas leak at The Magazine, which is owned by the same company. The best things were the friendly, welcoming reception staff and the handy location for exploring the Jewish quarter. The hotel is modern, but their smart app didn't work for us, so we couldn't adjust the room temperature. It got sauna-hot, and asking reception to turn it off didn't help. There's a lively pub right below, with noise continuing all night, so we slept poorly. Breakfast was pretty average too.
