We trusted the reviews and booked one night, and regretted it. The room was cramped and smelled bad, and even that single night felt like a nightmare. It was the most disgusting place we've ever stayed. We paid a lot for a night that wasn't worth the cost. Budapest is an expensive city, but I'd pay a little more for a hotel. I don't think every review here is genuine. Don't make the mistake we did.

We hoped this would be a decent place to rest after our flight from the airport. Instead, the staff were extremely rude, and the whole stay was very unpleasant. I keep wondering whether they treated us this way because we were from Slovakia, or whether they're this awful to everyone. It makes me sick that we paid to be treated like that. So sad how one person can treat another. Never again.

I got a lot of work done here, spending the whole day in the Bistro on digital tasks. The Wi-Fi was very good, though I'd prefer a password-protected connection for work rather than public access. The public toilet was clean, and the music was good at just the right volume. Even the coffee machine was quiet. I had a wonderful breakfast and lunch, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

I tried to rent a room, but the black-haired girl working at the gas station grumpily told me, “only booking com.” The hotel isn't on Booking.com, so you've lost a customer. Please fire her too. She seems miserable there and makes life worse for everybody. Very bad manners.
