Great location, with everything close by, and the apartment was clean and nice. The hosts were great too. I'd definitely stay here again!

The apartment looked nothing like the Booking photos. The radiator stayed ice cold for the whole stay, despite the host saying it should be very warm. I contacted them about the heating and the broken TV, but they ignored the TV issue. When I followed up about the radiator still not heating, they offered no solution. The sleeping setup was poor too. We were meant to use decorative cushions instead of proper pillows, and there was an old, stained pillow in the dresser, like some odd leftover from previous guests. Towels were sparse: one per person, plus one small hand towel for two of us. The cracked TV screen was quite the surprise, with its own modern art look. The place felt worn out and badly maintained, far from the listing description and what I expected. I try to be understanding when I travel, but this apartment let me down.
