The location was the only good part. The stay was uncomfortable from start to finish: the place wasn’t clean, bedbugs were all over the bed, the internet didn’t work at all, and the hot water supply had problems. One corner of the floor was broken too. They charged a different amount from what the booking site showed. And instead of a bathmat, they provided a wooden pallet.

The place is in a good location, but the rooms were very dirty, with hair all over the bed and pillows. There was no hair dryer, and the shower was so small that using it left the whole bathroom wet. The facilities were poor overall. Getting into the room felt more complicated than entering Topkapı Palace, and the cleanliness and service were still poor. There was also nobody to contact when something went wrong. I don’t usually bother leaving negative reviews, but people thinking about booking should know what to expect.
