When the war in Israel suddenly escalated, flights were cancelled and I had no way to get to the property. Other hotels in similar situations seemed willing to refund or rebook, but this one stuck to its non-refundable policy and offered no flexibility at all, not even a date change. They kept the payment for a stay they knew I couldn’t use. I found that completely lacking in empathy and professionalism, and I strongly advise against staying here if you expect fair treatment when unexpected circumstances arise.

The location made getting around easy, with plenty nearby on foot and a subway station close. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It had lots of space, a high ceiling that made it feel a bit more luxurious, and a nice bed that seemed to float. The bathroom was part of the same room, separated by a large mirror, and looked really good.

Traveling by car with my dog, I found the location really convenient. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating that both of us felt at home. Our room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

For the price, this was a fantastic hotel, with a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. One curtain wouldn’t close all the way, leaving a small gap at the corner. Since there were tall buildings next door, someone might have been able to see into the room through that opening.

We loved the big windows and all the natural light, and the small number of rooms gave the place a cozy, boutique feel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and even with such a central location it stayed quiet enough at night. Coffee and water were available at reception, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. We could get in easily outside operating hours, and after checkout the receptionist kindly kept an eye on our luggage. Good location, decent price, sweet atmosphere. I’d recommend it.
