Caramell Premium Resort

We had a great stay in the Premium rooms, which came with balconies and nice, big beds. The restaurant and reception staff were especially friendly and helpful. There were a couple of small problems in our room, but they were fixed quickly. There's an adventure park next to the hotel with obstacles for all ages. A great experience, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The New Year's Eve celebration was unforgettable. The band was fantastic, and I hope they'll be back next year. Even with the hotel completely full, there was still room for everyone in the sauna area. The food was delicious as always, with enough for everybody. Our room was incredible too, especially the unusual setup with a double sink and the shower and bath together in one room. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Nice stay, and the food was very good. The Finnish sauna is huge, though some of its wooden parts need replacing.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the food was a real highlight: fresh, constantly topped up, and with far more choice than we expected. The spa let things down. In building A, the adults-only section had a drained thermal pool on Sunday, inactive whirlpools, and a sauna and Turkish bath that weren't working. The tepidarium did work, but smelled awful. Building B's pool was quite cold, and only three whirlpool sections were operating, with 4-6 stations each. That felt nowhere near enough for the number of people, even though it wasn't high season. The bar was out of order too. The sauna world seemed more suited to website photos than actual use. Of the advertised six saunas and salt cave, the infrared sauna fit two people, the bio sauna three, and the herbal sauna three, though it had no herbal scent. The two Finnish saunas and steam room were fine. The Kneipp walkway was closed, and there was no cooling pool. Charging extra for parking felt ridiculous in the middle of nowhere, so we left the car outside the hotel grounds.
