Cserke Napfény Apartman

A quiet, peaceful place. I loved it and wasn’t disappointed. This was my first visit, but it won’t be the last.

A lovely lady welcomed us, and we had a great time. The residential park has a wonderful yard, and I’ll be back here with you next year. The terrace is huge, but from morning until evening the sun is so hot you can’t sit outside. There was no parasol or sunbed, and a mosquito screen would be really useful. The bed was very uncomfortable for two people.

It’s a quiet residential park, a few minutes’ walk from the Cserkeszőlő Bath, with a convenience store right next to the apartment. The room was simple and clean, but small. For the price, it was good value. The Wi-Fi speed was OK, and the kitchen equipment was average.

We booked a July vacation for nine people back in February, but never got a confirmation. Today, a month before the trip, we called to make sure everything was set. They sadly told us they’d booked us for June, for the previous weekend. When we asked why they hadn’t called and why we hadn’t shown up at the booked time, they said they’d written down the wrong phone number. That’s unacceptable to me. They’d already requested time off and ruined a family’s vacation. There was no attempt to solve it or offer compensation, just “sure we went next to each other at the reservation.” What??? After this, I won’t recommend them to anyone!!!
