8/10
The owner was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. The place is conveniently close to the University, with frequent public transport into the city center. For the price, it's a great option overall.

6/10
The location works well for the baths and the price is low, so those are the main positives. But I don't think it deserves a 9.9 rating. The rest needs fixing. It's an apartment that's been split into three and turned into rooms.
