The room facing the backyard was very quiet. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice interior and everything you'd expect from a four-star hotel. It's in a great spot in the city center.

The staff were unfriendly, and the room was nothing like the photos. It was unhygienic and the air felt really bad. When I asked the man at reception if we could switch rooms, he laughed and seemed annoyed. The customer service was completely lacking.

I would strongly recommend this hotel. It's very comfortable, close to the town center, and the staff team were excellent, always obliging and helpful.

It's quite modern and very close to the center. They fulfilled a special request, which made our stay very comfortable. We always found a parking spot in front of the hotel, though parking is paid and daily tickets are available on the Debrecen parking website. The street-facing rooms were a little too noisy for us.

We found the room quite a bit smaller than it looked in the booking pictures, which was disappointing, though the rest of the interior was fair. Breakfast didn't have much variety, and hopefully they'll add more options. The price clearly reflects the city center location, which makes it easy to reach other busy areas. A friend of ours visited and we got him a place here.
