The hosts were so warm and welcoming, treating us like family. Whenever we got up or came back to the guesthouse, they’d ask if we wanted coffee or tea, and even offered beer or wine. They had the air conditioning running before we returned to our room each day, and on our first day they drove us into town and to Szépasszony-völgy for a tour. They also pointed out which places had the best food and wine. Each morning they checked in about our plans and explained the distances and travel times. They were kind and gentle, almost like older relatives, and made everything feel so warm. We were really happy to spend such a lovely holiday at their guesthouse, and it’s a memory we won’t forget. Hope others get the chance to visit them too.

The host speaks fluent English and is the best host I met in Hungary. During the hot summer, they switched on the air conditioning for us every afternoon so the room would be cool when we came back. They often shared homegrown fruit and vegetables, plus some delicious homemade apple pie. Our room was roomy, clean, and cozy, and the garden was beautifully kept. The host and his wife gave us a warm impression of the simple, welcoming nature of Hungarian people. We left with a perfect impression. Highly recommended!

The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and they speak Polish. Our room was spacious and clean. There’s also a guided tour of Eger covering the main sights as part of the stay. We’d gladly come back, and I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse.

It felt like staying with dear relatives. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and had a lovely view. We were looked after with real hospitality and thoughtful extras, with plenty of attention, service, photos, and conversation. It’s a lovely option for a relaxing break as a couple or with a small group. We’ll be back. Wishing you good health and many more guests who return!

The garden and the surrounding area are both beautiful. Inside, the rooms are spotless and have air conditioning, and breakfast is generous and tasty. Viola's jam is especially good. The hosts are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and have a great sense of humor. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
