We had a large shared kitchen and dining space, and I especially liked the shared terrace where we could sit for lunch or dinner. The accommodation was clean and tastefully furnished, and the host was very kind and helpful. We spent three days sightseeing in Eger, and the location worked perfectly, with the center and attractions within walking distance. I can only recommend it!

The rooms and the whole house were clean, and there was a beautiful, large equipped kitchen, a terrace, and parking. The landlady was very pleasant, expected us, helped us, and gave us advice. Great, we recommend it!

The main drawback was the poor soundproofing. The walls are very thin. Otherwise, it's a lovely neighborhood, with a nice garden for sitting in the evenings, and close to the historic center, though the hill up there is very steep. There are three parking spaces, which seems like a decent number for the size of the building, so you may find one, but as I understood it, parking isn't guaranteed. I got a space.

The attic room has a balcony, as I requested, but they didn't tell me that when I booked. The so-called balcony is also seriously overrated. The room itself was a disappointment: it hasn't been renovated and is plain. The bathroom faucet moves, the bathtub is worn, and the kitchen cabinet is worn too, with its back opening onto the attic so I could see the tiles. Two chairs in the room were falling apart.
