2/10
The staff's communication with guests felt unprofessional and impolite, which made an already disappointing stay worse. Food was served repeatedly with very little variety, and it didn't always seem fresh, leaving me concerned about the kitchen's quality and hygiene. The hotel's service, food, and staff behavior all fell short of expectations and need significant improvement.

The sauna is good, but it rarely seems to get cleaned. The fire alarm went off three times in three days, with unbearable noise waking me at midnight. Expect a rough stay when the hotel is busy. When there are more than 10 guests, it feels like there's literally no service at all. Overall, I wasn't happy 😬

There are lots of tables in the hotel restaurant, yet guests are confined to a small section, so it gets unnecessarily crowded. Staff keep moving people between tables without a clear reason. The tables aren't cleaned or set properly for new guests, either. There are no forks, knives, or spoons available, which gives a poor impression of the restaurant's organization and hygiene. The service needs significant improvement to meet what I'd expect from a hotel.

I couldn't get proper rest here because of the noise. A very loud alarm goes off too often, including at inconvenient times during the night, and it makes sleeping difficult. It seems overly sensitive or poorly managed, leaving the place stressful and far from peaceful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values quiet and rest.

It's right by Eger Thermal pool, and dinner and breakfast were both very good. The castle area is an easy walk away.
