Family Residence

It takes about fifteen minutes at an ordinary walking pace to reach Dobó István Square. We could park inside the gated courtyard, opening the gate with a remote. The modern windows and doors had shutters that kept out both noise and light. The apartment was roomy and very well stocked: a washing machine in the bathroom, plus a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and oven in the kitchen. There was also air conditioning in the living room. The owner was kind and flexible, and shared lots of useful information about the area.

The kids were delighted by all the games, and getting to the center was an easy walk, even for them. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The owner was lovely and easygoing, and gave us lots of helpful information. Thanks for a great stay 😊

The mattresses deserve a special mention. It was the first place where we didn’t wake up feeling awful in the morning, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owner called about an hour after we booked and was very kind, both then and after we arrived. I really appreciated the straightforward way she spoke with us, the thorough information, and all the good suggestions. We spent three days in Eger and came away with lots of memories. What I’d read about the accommodation when booking was already appealing, which is why I chose the Family Residence Apartment. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The children’s play corner inside the apartment is a particularly nice touch. There’s plenty of equipment, parking in the enclosed courtyard, and the host is kind. It’s a ground-floor apartment on a quiet street, but you can get to the historic center quickly on foot, even with kids.
