We got a warm welcome, plus a little wine. The room was cozy and clean, and the courtyard was picturesque.

A cozy little family-run place with a lovely host couple. The beds and room were clean. The bathroom and balcony aren't fancy, but they're fair for the price, and this is one of the cheapest places in the area. There’s a shared kitchen, a reading corner(!), and a balcony. The small garden is really pleasant, with a bubbling fountain to sit beside and relax. The host was very nice and everything was fine.

The balcony view was great, and so were the furnishings and the location. Both the city center and Szépasszony Valley are only a few minutes away on foot.

The owner is really kind and helpful, and I’ve stayed here several times, as well as once at another of their hotels. The location is very good. Most of the interesting spots are about a 30-minute walk up the mountain: Valley of the Beautiful Lady takes around 14 minutes, the municipal thermal baths about 21, and the minaret 21 minutes. Prices are good, and the rooms are simple, nice, and tidy. There's a kitchenette, and some rooms have their own kitchen and/or fridge. TV is probably the bare minimum. The bathroom was clean, without any mycological attractions :D Parking in the yard is a bit tight. There’s also a cultural corner with books, unfortunately they're in Hungarian. Wi-Fi is available, though the signal in my room was weak. I recommend it and will definitely be back. And I’ll come back often 🤪
