Check-in was extremely slow and involved a million questions. Nobody was there when we arrived at 15:30, so we had to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to come. The rooms were nice and clean. One was very cold because the gas heating wasn't working, until the next day when the sweet lady working as both chef and cleaning staff helped us.

I was here for about three months on a business trip, and the rooms were really clean. The host was flexible, and everything worked out great. Just a big thank you, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Eger. All the best!
