We had a fine stay at this nice place.

There was a sewer smell throughout the apartment, and noise kept coming in even at night with the windows shut. The sofa bed collapsed beneath me four times while I was just sitting on it. He also spoke to me in a condescending way on the phone. We left after one night instead of staying for the second, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The setting is good and puts you close to all the attractions. Air conditioning costs extra, and there isn't a parking spot, just somewhere at the end of the street by the pub. But the owner cancelled our booking by email nine days after we'd paid the usual deposit, without checking who the money came from. He was completely indifferent and didn't budge after we spoke by phone. He also ignored later questions. So, all in all, so far so good.

Free ping pong, but no balls, and the coffee and tea come with just one sugar cube. Parking is wherever you can find a spot, and air conditioning costs extra. The first two apartments face a noisy intersection, and their ribbon curtains don't block out the light. Never again.
