The staff knew the area well. Their tips led me to a wonderful church service with a four-part choir, and to a mall on the edge of BP where I could leave the car safely and take the Metro into the center. The hotel is spotless, with a 24-hour reception, off-street parking, WiFi, and a small minibar fridge. Breakfast is basic but filling, and there’s a restaurant right next door. It’s easy to get to from the motorway, about 1 km from a shopping center, and within walking distance of a laundromat or the local train into BP. It felt a bit expensive for a small town.

Breakfast was really good, with decent cold cuts, mini pastries, eggs, sausages, juice, and coffee. The staff were kind and friendly too. Our room was spacious and comfortable, simply furnished but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with perfect bedding, and the bathroom was practical to use. The villa has its own enclosed parking. It’s in an easy-to-reach location, though we had a little trouble finding it because we’d booked under the name Villa Oliver. With a bit of help, we found it. I’d gladly recommend it!
