Natural Panzi

We had booked the whole place for our friends before the pandemic and paid a deposit. When the pandemic meant we couldn’t come as planned, the host kindly postponed the reservation. But when we later checked in again, two rooms had been given to someone else without telling us, even though we’d signed a contract. We’ve never had that happen on a trip before. On arrival, I was asked to pay for the entire booking, although I’d requested that each room be charged separately. One friend lost a key and paid for it, but was still scolded and told it was “a very special key.” In my view, keys are consumables in hotels. Another friend broke a soap container, told the host, and paid for it. After they left, the host called to ask for payment for pipe damage too. The broken container was somewhere else and hadn’t reached the pipe. The location may seem nice, but our experience with the service was bad.
