The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it felt homely while we were there. The owner was intrusive when we arrived and again when we left. We had already paid the booked price to the owner's son, but on arrival he said he had missed something and that this apartment cost more. He seemed surprised we could ONLY pay that much, then said he was discussing it with his son, who handles the finances. We were left waiting to hear whether they would ask us for more, which was strange. In the end they didn't, and they left us alone. The hand soap and dishwashing liquid hadn't been topped up, and the hairdryer was unreliable and due to be replaced.

There's a large spot for grilling or cooking outdoors in the yard, so you can end the day with a barbecue or bogrács meal. The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the owner is kind. The castle and spa are about a 6-8 minute walk away, while the town center takes around 10-15 minutes on foot.
