At 10 p.m., there were almost no customers, yet our food took at least 70 minutes to arrive. They’d promised it in “20 minutes,” but my daughter fell asleep on her chair while we waited.

We found the staff friendly, and parking and the jacuzzi were free. The place is right between the city center and the bath, with an easy walk to either. One of the best accommodations we’ve ever had.

The staff are brilliant, quick, and kind. It gets really busy on weekends but stays fairly quiet during the week. The pool tables are average, and the cocktails are basic, but it’s still a fun spot for a couple of hours. I’d recommend it.

Everything was good, especially for a summer stay, and I’d recommend it. The one snag was that the air conditioner was off before we arrived, so warming up the house took too long.

Erika and her family were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet in an old wine cellar, with coffee that just keeps coming. The guest room faces the inner patio, so it stays quiet despite being near the castle and the lively town square.
