Being connected to the thermal baths and spa complex made our stay amazing while we were visiting. We booked breakfast and dinner buffets, and the restaurant service at both meals was top notch. The room was comfortable enough and the minibar selection was good, though bring your own toiletries. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

The food was relatively good, but the hotel felt overpriced for the service and the stay. I wouldn’t rate it above three stars. The room, especially the bathroom, looked as if it hadn’t been updated in 40 years. The air conditioning didn’t work, the ventilation was dirty, and there’s no hotel spa with a sauna. We’re an elderly couple, I’m 79 and my spouse is 70. We stayed for 14 days in the first half of May 2024 for rehabilitation after my full knee replacement. We asked for a quiet room because of sleep problems from our age and post-surgery pain, but got a street-facing room right beside the noisy elevator. We literally had to wear earplugs at night. Most guests seemed to stay only 3-5 days. The staff and management mostly seem to care about local customers rather than visitors from abroad. The doctors and medical staff don’t speak English at all, and the medical staff in the mud treatment room for women are rude.

The buffet had plenty to choose from, and the food was delicious. The waiters were lovely and happy to cater to our wishes. Breakfast and dinner were served in a ground-floor restaurant. I especially liked the mineral bath, and there were lots of different pools. It wasn’t crowded, so we got a large sunbed. The downside was having to walk through many corridors to reach the pools. We spent five days here with family in August and had an ideal holiday. Our room felt homely and was spacious, though there was a bug on my blanket. Despite that, I’d recommend the place to everyone.

Last week my family was on vacation at a company holiday center near the hotel. They helped arrange delicious gluten-free and lactose-free meals for my daughter, and we were very happy with the result. The restaurant staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and they also made her a tasty, high-quality three-course lunch at a reasonable price. Many thanks to all of you!
