Füzesi Papa Vendégház

We stayed here last year and are heading back next week. My great-grandmother lived in the neighborhood, so this place feels especially lovely to my family, though it’s beautiful in its own right. The rooms are clean, the owners are pleasant, and the yard has room for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. The owner’s hobby is on display too, with a typical hunting room to see.

Harta is a quiet, tidy little town with friendly people, a lovely place for real rest and a break from the noise. We spent three nights at the guesthouse, which has sleeping areas, a nicely designed, well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful garden, a playground, and modern bikes for rent. The Danube Bank and Country House is a must-see while you’re there.

There are strict rules here, so it didn’t feel like a holiday at all, more like a prison. You can’t eat or drink in the rooms, and air conditioning is only in the common areas. The quiet aunt who lives there wasn’t friendly, and seemed to watch the guests😉 to make sure everyone followed the rules😉. They really know how to entertain their guests!

We were a group of ten friends, and the place had everything we needed. It’s peaceful and far from the noise of the world. Everyone should get to experience that calm. We’ll be back next year.
