The bed linen was the worst part for me. It had yellow stains and holes, and looked far below basic hygiene standards. The bed itself was badly worn and damaged. The room also had a stale smell, dirty, damaged walls, poor cleanliness overall, and electrical outlets that were broken, with some pulled out of the wall and looking unsafe. The attached photos show the condition clearly. What you see on Booking and Google doesn't match this room at all. It feels misleading to show attractive photos and then put guests in these conditions. After I asked for a refund because of the hygiene, the room's condition, and the difference from the listing, they refused. This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. Sleeping there could pose a health risk, including possible skin or other health problems. The outlets also raise safety concerns and may violate basic guest safety standards. I strongly don't recommend staying here. It looks like a deliberate misrepresentation of the accommodation.

We had to find somewhere else to stay that same evening we arrived. The conditions were nothing like the photos, and I DON'T recommend staying here. The walls were dirty and cracked, with lots of dust and other rubbish around. There were two wall lamps but only one worked. The TV didn't work either because its buttons were broken.

You have to be met by Sophie to get in, even though check-in is listed as 14:00. We waited until 15:00 for her. The place is a large apartment split into 8 rooms for rent, and sound carries badly between them. Hygiene could be better too. The location is good and the price is acceptable. I think you can find a much better place in Budapest for a little more money.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was large for a decent price, and the housekeeper was very kind. There's a shared kitchen, which works well. I'd definitely recommend it for the price and location.

We refused to stay even one night. We waited in the sun for 1 hours to get into the property, and the rooms looked different from the pictures. Ours smelled of old mold mixed with smoke, and there was an electrical cable hanging on the wall. No towel, not even a normal pillow, and the shower was broken. If you want somewhere quiet and tidy, we highly don't recommend it. Think twice before deciding to stay.
