The family owns this hotel, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, and there's a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel sits on a hill, three blocks up from the flat streets on the way to Lake Heviz. It's very quiet. There's a pool, though the water was unfortunately cool, so ask them to heat it. Remember to ask for a bathrobe, towels and tubs for the pool or lake. Heviz, Hungary.

I gave it four stars because of the carpet in the room, though it's a very good place in a central location. The breakfast is stunning, and Madame Szilvia is very helpful if you need advice about the city. I'll definitely come back. October 2023.

The indoor pool was really nice, and the hotel is in a handy spot, about a 15-minute walk from the thermal lake and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was large and clean, and the personnel provided excellent service. There was a good variety at breakfast too. A very good choice for an escape to Heviz!

We had a beautiful, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the garden, and enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is nicely located, comfortable and very reasonably priced. One staff member was rude, though, and that put a damper on an otherwise nice place.

The bathroom and toilet were very clean, and the room was fine, with a kettle and kitchen equipment. Breakfast is standard, but don't worry, you won't be disappointed. There's also a basin in the facility. I was there for just one night, so I can't say much more. One thing: avoid room 13 if you can. It's directly above the main entrance, and hotel suppliers, guests and cars starting their engines could wake you very early. The staff speak Hungarian and German, with very little English.
