We arrived late for an overnight stop, and the receptionist was warm, smiling, and very helpful. Breakfast was incredible, and waking up to a view of the horse riding was an amazing way to start the day. It’s such a peaceful, quiet place with a wonderful view. I really hope I get to visit Hungary again and stay at the incredible Centaur Hotel. Highly recommend it!

We chose Kentaur for our wedding in May 2024, and it couldn’t have worked out better. It was a Hungarian-German wedding, and all our guests felt very welcome during their stay. Bea and her team took care of everything so smoothly that we could relax and enjoy the day. Bea truly made all our wishes come true. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. Thank you again for your help and for such a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was delicious. We ordered fried eggs, and there was also a wide choice of cold cuts and baked goods. Our room was in great condition, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a wardrobe, and a TV. The hotel also has a wellness area with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Ask the staff in advance to heat up the sauna. There’s horse riding, and the hotel can host weddings and baby swimming courses. It’s near Hodmezovasarhely, beside the highway, about 15 minutes by car from Hodmezovasarhely and 30 minutes from Szeged. A fantastic base for relaxing and exploring the area.
