The owner was kind and helpful, and the apartment is in the city center but stays quiet. It’s a clean, spacious, tidy two-room place on the second floor. There’s also an elevator if you don’t want to take the stairs.

A roomy, clean apartment with a little kitchenette. I’d happily recommend it.
