The pools and saunas were lovely for relaxing, and although things are a bit old, it was still comfortable. We had superior rooms, which were quite spacious. The bathroom was a little dated, but the rooms looked out onto the historic church across the street, whose bells ring at 6:00. It’s a perfect location for a walk around the city.

We only asked if the hotel could offer a small gesture, like complimentary breakfast, after we found out the entire spa area was closed. The reply was cold, superficial, and dismissive, basically saying we could have cancelled the trip. In 2025, getting what felt like an automated, ChatGPT-style response from hotel customer service in this situation is unacceptable. It showed no empathy or human understanding. Someone trained in real customer service wouldn’t speak that way face to face. I strongly recommend that senior management review how guests are communicated with and invest in better training or more suitable people for customer-facing roles. Hospitality should feel human, not automated.

The hotel is in central Kecskemet, with a clean, cosy room, kind staff, and a rich breakfast menu. Keep in mind that the swimming pool and SPA are open from 10 am to 8 pm. Parking in front of the hotel is limited to 8-10 cars, so you may need to find a spot nearby in the blue zone or use the closest mall, 300-500m away.

A great stop while travelling through Hungary. The rooms were very clean, the staff polite, and breakfast had plenty of choice for everyone. I’d certainly recommend this hotel.

It’s right across from the city square and very well located. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and breakfast was very good. Some rooms are much better than others. The only thing is that the church bell rings several times at 6am.
